Joining TuneCore in 2019, Erica comes with over a decade of experience both as a customer support professional, but also as an artist herself. She’s a longtime participant and organizer in her local community who has been playing in bands, touring, writing, and recording music for over 15 years. She graduated from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford with a BA in Performing Arts Management in 2010, and has a passion for empowering artists through her work at TuneCore, as well as her personal mission to create welcoming creative spaces for women in her community. In her role at TuneCore, Erica oversees the global Artist Support and the Copyright Administration departments, located in offices across NYC, Nashville, Paris, and Mexico City. Her teams are responsible for supporting all of TuneCore’s artists throughout their digital distribution journeys. Additionally, Erica has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, awarded in 2017, which certifies her commitment to excellence in operational process improvement and management. She works closely with TuneCore’s Product, Marketing, Tech, and Artist & Partner Relations teams to bring the best possible service to TuneCore’s community of artists.
