As Manager, Artist and Partner Relations at TuneCore, Joncier is responsible for running  daily operations in the company’s Atlanta office as well as serving as a bridge between  clients and DSP partners.  Joncier attended Ithaca College and obtained her undergraduate degree in Creative  Writing and Journalism. Shortly after graduation, she began working for ASCAP as  Receptionist for the Membership Department, in 2007. In 2010, Joncier was promoted to  Membership Representative for the Rhythm & Soul Department where she serviced  members within the southeast U.S. region. In 2015, she was promoted again to Associate  Director for the Rhythm & Soul Department and was specially tasked with overseeing the organization’s Gospel division. In 2016, following a successful 9-year tenure at ASCAP, Joncier transitioned to TuneCore.  In her spare time, Joncier practices her mixing skills as a DJ on her controller gifted to her  by former pro basketball player, Shaquille “Shaq” O’Neal.
