Report. The A&R Report was a music industry tool for the latest in upcoming talent worldwide. First starting off as an industry newsletter for select executives, The A&R Report branched into showcases, seminars, workshops and interviews from some of the top music industry professionals in the world. While Michael's emphasis was solely on focusing on finding talent, he amassed a subscriber list of almost 10,000 professionals in addition to a following of over 90,000 on Twitter.
